Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Data Analysis

Details

Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) is a powerful technique that enables the study of gene expression at the resolution of individual cells. It allows us to identify cell types, uncover heterogeneity within populations, and track dynamic cellular processes. In this talk, I will walk through key steps of scRNA-seq analysis, including data preprocessing, quality control, clustering, differential expression analysis and more, highlighting best practices and common challenges.
