Yoga nidra is an ancient yogic practice, but has recently taken a different turn when Andrew Huberman coined the practice ‘Non-Sleep Deep Rest" or NSDR.
His research found that Yoga Nidra / NSDR allows the brain to enter into delta state, a state in which we only enter for a short period during our nights sleep.
This in turn helps reduce stress and anxiety, as well as enhancing brain neuroplasticity to strengthen focus and learning.
The practice involves one thing: complete stillness, lasting for approx 45 minutes. No gym gear required. This isn’t your regular yoga.
Expect to learn about the practice and experience it for yourself.
