Breath is life! Literally.

Everything else, we can go without...food for weeks, water for days...breath...not so much.

But many do not know how to intentionally breath.

In this session, we will go over some of the physiological benefits of breath and then go into a full 30 mins of a variety of different styles of breath work.

This session will leave you feeling relaxed, recharged, present and ready for whatever comes your way the rest of the day.

Benefits include;

  • lowers inflammation
  • increases oxygen saturation
  • creates healthier cells
  • increases alkalinity
  • releases feel good hormones (oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine, dmt)
  • floods the body with adrenaline (great if you are going to incorporate cold therapy)

"Thank you for yesterday's session! I had 2 big observations from yesterday - one being that I only saw the tunnel to light once and that in general I saw less variations of colour then in previous sessions. I like the fact that so far every session is different for me. in terms of my physical response and what I see colour, images etc. This time the colour wasn't prominent to me and just lesser, but that to me is not a bad thing or a good thing, it just is for me.

My other big observation is the discomfort either when you're holding a breath or at the bottom when you have exhausted a breath. It's hard for me, but a little physical pain from exertion is not a strange sensation for me personally, I know it. In this case I don't panic about it I explore it and turn off that immediate response from my brain, "This is uncomfortable" . Instead I acknowledge it and feel through it and focus on your voice and the words.

Intellectually I'm still sorting through the words. thoughts and instructions you give. I don't always "get" them but what I do work on is a free interpretation and association with what your saying. I like the positive language. I also really appreciate when you say encouraging phrases like, "You got this" kinda like a coach. I remain curious about this journey and thank you for leading it."

"When you recommended sitting on the floor, I moved into my bedroom where the floors are carpeted and my mask was there so I had it on for this session and later I was really glad I was on the floor. When I started feeling dizzy I eased myself down to the floor and I know at some point I went full Kundalini, shaking and energy pouring through. Also really deep into the void - I'd get a bit annoyed at you for coming into my consciousness and telling me to breathe with you because it would pull me back, then I'd sit back up, but I'd end up going deeper yet after a bit of breathing.
