Know Your Numbers: A Longevity Biomarker Workshop
Details
What we're doing this month
Dr. Alexandra Reimann, ND presents Tracking Longevity: Homocysteine and Key Biomarkers — a practical look at the lab markers that correlate with healthspan and how to actually use them.
Homocysteine is the anchor of the talk: an amino acid marker linked to cardiovascular and cognitive health that rarely shows up on a standard panel. Dr. Reimann will cover what it indicates, the nutritional and lifestyle factors that influence it, and which other biomarkers are worth tracking alongside it.

Dr. Reimann earned her ND and her BS in botanical medicine from Bastyr University near Seattle, widely regarded as a leading institution in naturopathic medicine.
