What you can expect:

This is the chance to meet your fellow biohackers in The Netherlands in person, experience the favorite biohacks of the organizers, and be inspired by dr Olli Sovijärvi. Olli is co-author of the well-known Biohacker Handbook and co-founder of the Biohacker Center, the organizer of the Biohacker Summit Amsterdam.
Join Dr. Sovijärvi’s presentation on heat alteration, calorie restriction, and autophagy to learn about cutting-edge biohacking techniques for improving health and longevity. Discover how heat therapy and cold exposure can improve cardiovascular health and reduce inflammation, the potential benefits of calorie restriction for metabolic function and lifespan, and how autophagy can help protect against cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.
