Join for a Fun Cold Plunge to start a wonderful Sunday Funday! Now is always the best time to start getting healthier and fitter for 2025.

Doing hard things is always easier in a group! Come jump in for 20 seconds or 3-5 minutes, nothing is mandatory! Community is everything!

(PLEASE NOTE: Address for Event will go out through the Meetup Email 1 day beforehand, if you don't receive it, feel free to message me directly. Since it's a Free Event, please make sure to commit to come if you RSVP Yes, otherwise you take the experience away from someone else if we're fully booked)

Sunday Event Timeline:
9am - Meet and Greet
9:15am : Wim Hof Guided Breathwork
9:30 am : Start Cold Plunging
10am: Group Topic - How to Navigate EMF's
10:30am: Mingle and Network with Like-minded People

Location: Location will be revealed the day prior, it will be hosted at another Biohacking Bend members house.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or totally new to cold plunging, you’re welcome to join us for a fun and energizing morning with the Sunday Swim crew. We'll gather, chat for a bit, go over some breathwork basics and then do some single cold plunging. Ideal times are from 1-5 minutes (3 minutes is the Sweet spot). It’s all about going at your own pace!

What to Bring:

  • Swimwear
  • Large towel
  • Warm layers (hoodie, sweatpants, wool socks)
  • Thermos with a hot drink (optional but recommended!)
  • Gloves and booties (if you want to keep your hands and feet extra warm)
  • A friend who’s never cold plunged before!

We’ll be there to support you, whether it’s your first time or your hundredth. Don’t forget to check with your doctor before joining if you have any health concerns.
