Everyone's using AI. Almost nobody's using it well. Most people treat it like a smarter Google: ask a question, get an answer, move on. That's like buying a film studio and using it to take selfies.

This workshop teaches you to think like a director. Not someone who knows every camera angle, but someone who walks onto set with a vision, knows what the final cut looks like, and knows how to get a team to build it.

That's the shift, from asking AI questions to orchestrating AI systems that run parts of your life and business without you in the loop.

Here's what we'll actually do. We'll start with a mindset framework, the Director's Thinking Model, that rewires how you approach any problem with AI. Then we'll get hands-on. We'll be working inside Claude (Anthropic's AI) as our primary platform, connected to real infrastructure: Supabase for databases, Vercel for deployment, Twilio for SMS. We'll be building actual agentic workflows that do things in the real world.

Not hypothetical. Not slides about what's possible. You'll build a system that wakes up in the morning and does work before you do. We're talking automated briefings, scheduled tasks, and workflows that monitor, decide, and act on your behalf.

The tools we use in this workshop are the current best-in-class stack, but the thinking model transfers to whatever comes next, and something always comes next.

This is equal parts philosophy and build session. You'll leave with a working AI workflow, a 30-day director's playbook, and a fundamentally different relationship with the most powerful technology most people are barely scratching the surface of.

This event is cross-posted and is nearing capacity for in-person. It is a paid event, $99 for online and $149 for in-person, with details and registration online at syntac.org/training.
