The Healthcare & Life Sciences Data & AI (H-DAI) meetup group is open to anyone who is interested in Healthcare and Life Sciences Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Careers and Technology.
Healthcare is a complex and often chaotic industry to manage. Every healthcare provider uses some sort of electronic health record tool, which has provided the opportunity for data and analytics to help manage these complexities. The need for systems to derive actionable insights is imperative as healthcare organizations are shifting from volume-based to value-based care. There is also a present and ever-evolving need to be agile and innovate quickly.
Our meetup events are virtual for now and open to on location requests. We have speakers, training sessions, and discussions showcasing uses cases and different types of technology and use cases focused on the healthcare and life sciences domain.
The virtual meetups are held via Zoom. All times are US Central Standard Time.
The agenda for a Saturday usually as follows:
- 12 noon to 12:15 pm Opening Address by the organizer, announcements, and other items of interest to meetup members
- 12:15 pm to 1:00 pm Session for the day (Speaker event or Hands-On Learning event)
- 1:00 pm to 1:15 pm Optional: Open Forum for networking or additional discussions
