IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We as organisers put a lot of voluntary work and private resources into planning and hosting meetups and workshops. We therefore see it as inconsiderate, disrespectful and unacceptable to register attendance at an event and not turn up or cancel attendance later than 24 hours before an event.
