------------
*Our group is centered around the experiences and needs of BIPOC individuals, as we recognize the historical and systemic inequalities they have faced. By focusing on BIPOC, we aim to create a space that addresses their unique challenges, empowers their voices, and fosters a sense of community. However, it is important to note that our group is not exclusive to other races. We welcome and value the participation of individuals from all racial backgrounds who are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

**In our group, we prioritize inclusivity and believe that every individual should be respected and valued for who they are. When we say that our group is inclusive of women, we mean that it encompasses all individuals who identify as women, regardless of their gender assigned at birth or how they express their identity. Our aim is to create a supportive and accepting environment where all women, including transgender women, non-binary individuals, and women with diverse gender identities, feel comfortable and included.
