
What we’re about
The BIPOC Yoga Meetup is a space for black, indigenous, and people of colour (BIPOC) community members to come together to practice yoga and build community. Here, we can gather to find connection and healing in a safe space through a shared wellness practice.
The yoga practice is a 1-hour hatha practice during which you can expect pranayama (breathwork), asanas (physical postures), chanting, and relaxation techniques. All levels are welcome.
