What we’re about
Online Support Meetup for People with Bipolar Disorder
This online meetup is a safe, respectful, and supportive space for people living with bipolar disorder to connect, share experiences, and feel less alone.
The meeting is designed as a peer-based conversation, not therapy and not a medical consultation. The focus is on lived experience, mutual understanding, and open—but mindful—dialogue.
What this meetup is:
• A calm, structured online gathering
• A space to listen and be heard without judgment
• A community for people who understand bipolar disorder from the inside
• An opportunity to reflect, share, or simply be present
What this meetup is NOT:
• Not group therapy
• Not a replacement for professional treatment
• Not a place for medical or medication advice
How the meeting usually flows:
• Brief welcome and grounding
• Optional check-in
• Guided topic or open discussion
• Closing reflection
You are welcome to speak, share, or just listen. Participation is always voluntary.
Who this meetup is for:
• Adults (18+) living with bipolar disorder
• People with a formal diagnosis or strong self-identification
• Anyone seeking a respectful, non-judgmental peer space
Guidelines:
• Confidentiality is essential
• Respect different experiences and boundaries
• Advice-giving (especially about medication) is discouraged
• Triggering content should be shared with care
If you are currently in crisis or need immediate support, please contact local emergency services or, in the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Cameras are optional. You may join anonymously if that feels safer for you.
You are not broken. You are not alone. This space exists to remind us of that.
