Birding & Beers Goes Camping at Mueller State Park

Details
Our semiannual camping trips are back and this is the second one of 2022! For those of you that joined us last year, you know Mueller State Park is a winner with beautiful scenery and far less crowds than at Rocky Mountain National Park.
Even with this much lead time, I wasn’t able to reserve a group site for a Friday and Saturday night stay. Second best option was a Sunday and Monday night stay.
I’ve already reserved the Pisgah Point West Group Site for us. This is a large site with space for 42 people, but I’m limiting the event to 20 so we have a better experience on the trails.
The cost of the event covers the Group Site. Every vehicle will still need an annual State Parks Pass or daily pass for entry to be paid to the park directly.
There’s a brewery close by in Divide (Paradox) and plenty on the way to Mueller for to-go options.
If you’re not up for camping in the group site and would still like to join us, there are lodging options from Woodland Park to Colorado Springs or private camp sites available.
The fee still applies since we’ll be using the Group Site for daily Happy Hours and social events.
Our days at Mueller will be filled with fantastic birding and scenic hikes. Heck, even birding at the campground is productive.
Your spot will be confirmed with non-refundable payment by check or Venmo. Message me for more details.
This is sure to be a B&Bs highlight for 2022!
