Lafayette Birds - Waneka Lake/Greenlee Preserve + Beers at Gravity
Details
"Lafayette Birds!" is an ongoing series of birding opportunities for beginning birders at Greenlee Wildlife Preserve. Birders of all levels are invited to experience the fun and discovery of birdwatching at Greenlee Wildlife Preserve. Knowledgeable birders will be on hand to bring the world of birds alive. View ducks, herons and other water birds as well as a variety of songbirds.
I'll be there as one of the bird walk leaders and would love to see some B&Bs folks there. The lineup of other leaders is always impressive. No matter who you go out with, you're in for a treat!
To reach Greenlee Wildlife Preserve, park at the east parking lot for Waneka Lake (where Emma St. ends at Caria Dr. in Lafayette) and walk 1/3 mile around the N.E. side of the Waneka Lake trail. There's also on-street parking in the neighborhood west of Greenlee.

If you're interested in a beer or some food after, we can head over to Gravity Brewing in Louisville after.
Hope to see you there!
