Summer Prairie Birding at Rocky Mountain Arsenal & Beers at Station 26
Details
Summer is a wonderful time to explore Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge in search of prairie icons including bison, prairie dogs, and coyotes. If we're real lucky, Burrowing Owl, badger, and black-footed ferret sightings are possible. After our wildlife drive at the Arsenal, we'll head over to Station 26 Brewing for a beer. Sounds like a lovely summer evening to me. Hope to see you there!
We'll caravan along the Wildlife Drive. Please only register for this event if you are comfortable driving w/ other participants or riding w/ other participants so that we can limit the number of cars to five. I will bring radios so that we can communicate during the drive.
We'll meet in the large parking lot south of the Visitor Center building.
