This is a gathering for people who want to slow down together in a fast-paced world, using nature and birdsong as our guide.
This is for people of all ages and genders who want to slow down, reconnect with nature, and cultivate mindfulness through listening and gentle movement. Everyone is welcome.
We meet for slow, guided walks where birdsong becomes our anchor to the present moment. These walks are mostly held in silence to support deeper listening and awareness, but there is space to share insights and reflections together after the walk.
No meditation experience or bird knowledge is needed. The pace is gentle, the environment is inclusive, and the intention is simple: to support grounding, nervous system regulation, and a sense of calm through nature.
This group is ideal if you’re feeling overstimulated, curious about mindfulness in nature, or simply seeking more presence and ease in daily life.
