ADHD: Managing Emotions in Relationships
šŸ“… 5th May | šŸ•¢ 7:30pm
When emotions rise quickly, relationships can feel exhausting.
For many people with ADHD, it is not a lack of love that causes the struggle. It is the speed of the emotional reaction, the misunderstandings that follow, and the difficulty knowing how to calm things down before disconnection sets in.

If you find yourself reacting fast, feeling misunderstood, shutting down, or getting stuck in the same painful patterns, this event will help you make more sense of what is happening and what to do instead.

In this live session, I will teach two key parts of my SCREEN framework:
Regulation: how to settle emotional overwhelm and create space between trigger and reaction.
Communication: how to communicate more clearly and constructively, even in difficult moments.

You will leave with practical tools you can begin using straight away to improve the way you respond, communicate, and connect in your relationship.
Join me on 5th May at 7:30pm.
Please only register if you plan to attend as spaces are limited.
