Tri-County Ultimate, a new local organization dedicated to promoting the sport of Ultimate Frisbee, will be hosting its first spring coed rec league called Burningham. It will start Sunday, April 6th, in Birmingham, Michigan!
Ultimate Frisbee is a 7 on 7, non-contact sport. You pass the disc between your teammates with the goal of catching it in the opposing team’s end zone. Once you catch the frisbee, you cannot run, you must pivot (similar to basketball).
