The tool of loving kindness

This week’s Sunday gathering will be centered around a Metta Bhavna (loving kindness) practice. Join us at 11am for singing, readings, reflection and a shorter style message, followed by a guided practice.

Our children’s provision will be running for this gathering. The hall doors will be closed on arrival, so that the children can start in the gathering with everybody, then they will be invited out to the hall a short while after the start, following a Time For All Ages story.

Please invite anyone you think would be interested.

As usual after the gathering, there’ll be tea, coffee and chat.

At this gathering, a photographer will be present. There will be consent forms on entry, and you will not appear in a photograph without your consent. Please speak to us on entry if you have any questions or concerns.
