Reimagining CI/CD — with a little help from my friends (Mark Sawle)
CI/CD has barely advanced in a decade: brittle plugins, complex builds, and no good answer to the question everyone asks mid-incident — "what changed?" I'll argue that the real product of CI/CD was never pipeline execution — it's the knowledge of how code becomes a running service, and no tool currently has that.
