In the globalization era that humanity has entered.. What are some ways for humans to identify themselves now? The sense of tribalism, culture, and religion played a significant role in shaping our identity. Does identity belong to the individual or is it the environment that determines how we perceive ourselves in the new world? And if so, what is identity?

It comes under the branch of Metaphysics: The branch of philosophy that deals with the first principles of things, including abstract concepts such as being, knowing, identity, time, and space., reality.
