Welcome to Birmingham Ladies Social! We're thrilled to have you join our community. Please take a couple of minutes to read the information below to get the most out of your membership of the group.

Annual Contribution:
• We ask members to pay an annual fee of £5 towards the running costs of the group. This helps cover the fees we pay Meetup to put our group on their website.
Without these contributions the group will not be viable in the longer term as Meetup have significantly increased their annual fees in recent years. You can pay via PayPal to farleyam@sky.com - Angela Farley (please mark as Family and Friends, otherwise PayPal deduct charges) or if you prefer bank transfer, please contact Angela to request bank details or send me a private message through Meetup or email - farleyam@sky.com

Event Details:
•Please check all event details before adding your name. Only commit if you're sure you can attend.
• If your plans change, please update your RSVP as soon as possible to free up your space for others. This also applies if you have put your name on a waiting list as this will then allow others to move up the waiting list.
• Members who RSVP but don't attend or update their RSVP will be removed from the group.

Deposits:
• Sometimes we may ask for a deposit for an event, especially for meals where we've booked a table and had to leave our credit card details with the venue. These deposits are non-refundable unless there is someone else on the waiting list to take your place. The deposit will go toward your meal or the cost of the event etc

Waiting List:

Please don't be put off by a waiting list. Places often open up as members' plans change. Sometimes we can increase numbers for certain events if there's enough interest.
