Join us at 6pm for our Creative Meditation with BK Tom to experience how the present moment recharges my vital energy & inspires newness in 2021.

This is the perfect space for you to take some time to treat yourself to peace, quiet and space away from the rest of your life and world.

We will provide you with gentle music, visuals and brief commentaries, to aid your meditation. The meeting is open to all – from beginners to advanced meditators – and offers a unique opportunity to give special time to you, the group and the planet.

Reflective Meditation activities are provided free of charge.
