This is a group for men to help men become their best selves and provide a supportive space to help them grow.
Do you sometimes struggle or find yourself in a place of negativity without anyone around to support you? If you are like most people, the answer is yes. However, this group can help you change that.
There is a strong stereotype for many men to be strong, silent, and deal with issues on their own. This is the belief that I and many others have been brought up with. However, when things get tough, men can often feel like they have few people to turn to, especially if it concerns their partner or career. As a result of this, they are left feeling isolated and stressed.
I believe that this needs to be changed and men should be around other men for support, help, guidance, and accountability. With a conversation that focuses on vulnerability, challenges, and things that you are concerned about day to day or week to week. This will help you to open up, find your voice and build connections with other men who will listen to and support you. There is a growing amount of men's support groups, and I wanted to start one in Birmingham.
I have been through many experiences in my life, going through depression, burnout, bad breakups, etc. I found personal development around 8 years ago, and after helping myself, I started helping others. I have coached and worked with 1000’s of people who want to become better versions of themselves and have built a successful personal development company with a friend.
So, if you want to grow, connect, and have a strong social circle to help you get through something. Or if you want to reach your goals, knowing that there is a team of people who have your back, this is is the group for you.
Qualities we are looking for in the participants
- A desire for personal growth, connection, and community
- Men who want to share the journey with others.
- Men who are open to feedback, even when it stings.
- Natural contributors. Men that enjoy helping others.
- Consistent and reliable. Men who show up.
