A friendly, confidential space for men over 40 who have ADHD or ADD, including those diagnosed later in life.
Created by a fellow man who understands the late-diagnosis journey and daily challenges.
Purpose: share experiences, practical tips, and mutual encouragement to navigate work, relationships, focus, and wellbeing.
What to expect: open conversations, respectful listening, occasional guest speakers, and a supportive peer network.
How to join: casual weekly or biweekly meetups in central Birmingham (venue details shared upon RSVP).
Accessibility: inclusive of all ADHD experiences; I aim for a welcoming, non-judgmental vibe.
