Open Q&A - Attendee-driven and experience focused

This month we are planning on having an Open Q&A session. This meeting is all about benefiting from our collective knowledge as a diverse group of members and learning from each others experiences.

Any question is fair game and anyone can help answer the questions. We can discuss everything from soft skills, to career advice, to CS theory, to architectural discussions.

Let's plan on keeping topics limited to 10 minute discussions so we can cover multiple if possible.
