Richard & Jenni on the interview couch - Alternative Networking at the Night Owl

On the last Thursday of the month Brum Radio's DJ Millabong hosts a monthly free event at the Night Owl, Let's Build An Alternative Network.

This month's will be a special event because Jenni and myself (Richard) have been invited to get on stage and be interviewed about this MeetUp group! We want the moment to be a celebration of what makes this group special. Please note this means we will not be able to perform our usual hosting duties for the night - if you come and you're new we'll do our best to introduce you to someone we know is a friendly face but we'll be a bit preoccupied.

The structure of the evening is designed to allow for mixing and mingling between everyone there. Doors open at 6.30 and there's time to to talk before the first speaker, breaks in between guest interviews, and more time to socialise afterwards. The Night Owl is a great pub and they put out seating facing the stage so you're not stood up all evening.
