Henry's Blueshouse - free live blues

Tuesday is Bluesday!

Henry's is a free live blues night run by Birmingham music legend Jim Simpson who has been running it since the 1960s when he famously discovered Black Sabbath and became their manager in their early years. Jim is always at these events in person to say a few words and loves to say hello

We generally try to arrive between 7 and 7.30. The bands usually play from 8 till 9 and then does a second set from 9.30 to 10.30. There's always space though so if you're late just come when suits you

The band playing Henry's this week is a great
sounding contemporary blues act called 8 Before Ava. Henry's has moved to a new venue recently but it should still be the same experience we're all used to, only better!
