If you are heading to university in the autumn you will have expectations about how life will change for you. This workshop will be an opportunity to explore what you can actively do to prepare for university. We will cover how to build helpful routines, life skills for success, stress management and how to ask for help. There will be time for any questions you may have. Facilitated by Sarah Meharg, an occupational therapist who has worked within student support of a Russell Group University and is on the committee for the University Mental Health Advisors Network.
