Exploration and Experiences of Spiritual Practises.

In this session, we will discuss spiritual practices to share our personal experiences, learn more about what a spiritual practise means and explore what practises exist.

The intention of this session is not to recommend or promote any one particular practise over another. The purpose is to share and learn from each other of what resonates, to explore potential options that exist and sharing our personal experiences of what a spiritual practise means to you.

I have included an image of a tree of spiritual practises to start on this meetup as a starting point to generate ideas and facilitate exploration.

Do feel free to share resources/videos of spiritual practises that you have experienced and learnt about at this meetup if you so wish.

This meetup is a safe space and opportunity to share our spiritual journeys and have soul deep conversations with each other so that we can:

• Feel safe, heard, listened to and supported.
• Learn from other people's experiences.
• Grow and expand our consciousness and perspectives.

We may discuss a topic but this is not a platform for anyone to preach a particular philosophy or approach over another as we are all individual and unique in our experiences and life paths.

As the topics discussed can be deeply personal, please can we collectively observe the following community guidelines to foster that safe space for everyone:

1. Come with an open mind and heart.
2. Listen to others with empathy and compassion when people share rather interjecting with advice or 'solutions'.
3. Be inclusive and give everyone an equal opportunity to speak.
4. Respect people's right to share as little or as much as they feel comfortable to.
