Spirituality Journey Support Social Event

Greetings everyone.

This social meetup is an opportunity for new members to find out more about Spiritual Meetup Support, meet like-minded people and have a safe space where we share our spiritual journeys and have soul deep conversations with each other so that we can:

• Feel safe, heard, listened to and supported.
• Learn from other people's experiences.
• Grow and expand our consciousness and perspectives.

We usually meet once a month in Balsall Heath and talk about spiritual related topics chosen by members of the community people so I am very open to hearing what you really want to explore in future meetups.

This group not a platform for anyone to preach a particular philosophy or approach as we are all individual and unique in our experiences and life paths. This group is a social and supportive space to talk about spirituality related experiences with people where this resonates, learn from other member and for our experiences to be heard without judgment.

As the topics discussed can be deeply personal, it is imperative we collectively facilitate and foster that safe space so I would kindy ask you all to:

1. Come with an open mind and heart without judgement.
2. To listen to others with empathy and compassion when it is their turn to speak and not interjecting with advice or 'solutions'.
3. Be inclusive and give everyone an equal opportunity to share.
4. Respect people's right to share as little or as much as they feel comfortable to.
