Come join us for our monthly meeting discussing the fascinating philosophy of Stoicism and how we apply it in our lives! You can be a novice or a “Sage”, all welcome!

Suggested exercise to complete prior to this meet up:

---Examine your wheel of life---
Draw a circle and divide it up into segments. Now label each segment according to a different area of your life, e.g. family, friends, relationship, career, social life, spiritual life, etc. In each segment, write out where you would like to be and where you currently are.
> What do you notice? Which areas of your life need attention? Which parts are you happy with and don't want to change?
> When you take a moment to examine your life dispassionately, it helps you see where you should be focusing your attention and what needs work.
