Chatsworth Estate, Rowsley & Chatsworth Christmas Market 10m Circular

Begin at the Rowsley Car Park (DDDC) and follow estate paths north toward Rowley, walking gently with wide views across the Derwent Valley before curving into the Chatsworth Estate and continuing on toward the beautiful village of Edensor; from here head southeast across rolling parkland into Chatsworth Park, approaching the front of Chatsworth House and passing the Chatsworth Christmas Market area before turning south to cross the River Derwent at the estate bridge and follow the track toward Beeley Lodge and into the charming village of Beeley, where you can pause before taking woodland and hillside trails through Beeley Woods; these paths arc back across the lower estate toward Calton Lees, eventually returning you to your starting point on Dale Road North to complete a scenic and varied 10-mile Chatsworth circular.

Please remember this is a wintery festive walk, so warm clothing is essential and good footwear for walking.
Although we will be stopping at the Xmas Markets at Chatsworth ( it's the final day for it so should be busy with food and refreshments) please bring water/snacks/lunch if needed.

We aim to start early so we can finish early and maybe have a drinks/meal after depending on the majority.
