Richard Hill will be speaking on “Building GreenCloud Business: Engineering a Distributed Compute Platform in Go”, sharing the engineering journey behind building a modern distributed compute platform in Go. His talk will cover topics such as distributed control planes, cross-platform nodes, scheduling, fault tolerance, resilient execution, and using WebAssembly to provide secure, portable workloads.

Justin Chadwell will be speaking on “SSH Routing for Fun and Absolutely No Profit”, exploring how SSH works under the hood, the RFCs behind it, some interesting hacks, and the ways people are using SSH today. Whether you are interested in Go, distributed systems, networking, systems, security, or just understanding the tools engineers use every day, this should be a very practical and interesting evening.
