Fit and Proud is run by Jayne Hartley, a local personal trainer.
Jayne is familiar with the LGBTQIA+ community and the challenges we face.

Fit and Proud is an LGBTQIA+ Inclusive fitness space, where people can come together and exercise in a non-judgemental, non-dieting environment that is free from societal stereotypes.

This is a paid event, and is £7 per person per session.
11 am start.
Fully inclusive and Jayne is amazing at adapting to abilities.

Apex gym, Unit 7/8, Millside Industrial Estate, Southmill Road, Bishop's Stortford, CM23 3DP

Parking is limited, so make use of the whole industrial estate or the road.
Parking is also available at Oxford House Community mental health service building, located on London Road.
