Stress is a big part of our daily lives. Many young adults struggle with it, yet we learn very little about it in school. That’s why we’re hosting a workshop fully dedicated to stress: what it does to your body, how to recognize the signals, and most importantly what you can do about it.
During this interactive and informative session, Pauline will guide you through the world of stress. You’ll not only discover what stress does to your body, but also gain practical tools to manage it in a healthier way. There will be space for questions, sharing experiences, and we’ll do a few exercises so you’ll leave not just with knowledge, but also with fresh insights.
