See all- 🌱 Village Vibe Coding #3: Building Sovereign Apps with Shakespeare.diy + nostr-The Commons, Detroit, MI
What if open source could be a lived experience?
What if we could shape the next wave of digital commons — together, in one room?Join us for Village Vibe Coding #3, where dreamers, builders, and changemakers gather for a one-day creative jam to prototype decentralized tools for community life.
This time we’ll be exploring Shakespeare.diy
We’ll start with breakfast and an intention circle, then roll up our sleeves:
- Experiment with Shakespeare.diy’s flexible framework to design unique clients
- Harness nostr-sdk to build resilient back-end services
- Work in ad-hoc teams across coding, design, storytelling, and systems-thinking
No institutions. No middlemen. No gatekeepers. Just people, purpose, and possibility.
At 3:30 PM we’ll share what we’ve built, then walk the path together toward...### 🌌 An Epic Afterparty at 5 PM
