The interest in any asset tends to be directly proportional to it's recent performance. At the highs of any market aspiring investors and traders rush in hoping to make fast, easy, and exorbitant returns. The inverse is that at market lows few people seem interested as they do not perceive opportunity or are fearful. This mentality is wrong. Traders must be fiercely independent in their thinking and realize that the greatest rewards are found by seeing things differently.

Now is an opportune time for people that are truly serious about the technology and profitably trading crypto to study how the market works. Those that have an interest at this point in the market cycle can build a foundation of appreciation for crypto assets and are less likely to have their confidence shaken in the future.

We are going to be holding the inaugural meeting of the Bitcoin Atlanta Trading Club in our crypto lab to discuss trading crypto assets. We will start with the basics and then move into more intermediate topics. This Meetup will take a broad approach to trading and will not center on a particular method. The goal is to foster a community of learning and formulation of strategies so that each trader can seek their own method to achieve success.

This Meetup is for mutual educational purposes only. The club is going to be lead by a professional trader with 6 years of experience trading cryptos and many other types of assets. We will not solicit you to buy or sell any asset or instrument. Any decisions made with real capital in any market will be the sole responsibility of the attendees. Trading and investing involves risk of financial loss and it is up to the individual to determine their own tolerances.

Bitcoin Atlanta has always been a meetup free for its attendees. Being that this is meant to be a smaller subgroup a $5 minimum donation in cash or crypto to Bitcoin Atlanta for this event. Limited refreshments may be available but it's recommended that you eat dinner prior to the event.
