Real Estate and Blockchain

Since the beginning of the tokenization which has grown out of the development Bitcoin people have been trying to find ways to tie it into one of the world's favorite asset classes, Real Estate.

Join us for a presentation on some various ways in which crypto currency tech can impact this age old industry and some of the societal impacts these innovations could have. We will have two speakers. Our featured speaker, Monika Proffitt, is trying to climb the the crypto-real estate mountain with her venture https://risehousing.io.. She's a serial entrepreneur, International speaker and author of the book 'Blockchain 101'. She'll be joining us all the way from New York!

Our second speaker is Atlanta native Jack Berube. A veteran of the real estate software industry he is currently the CEO and Co-founder of MERGED.re. Jack also serves on the Digital Advisory Board for Assurant Insurance Company, is a TechEdge speaker for the National Association of REALTORS and Founding Member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, the chair of the Real Estate Section of the Blockchain Chamber of Commerce and a Patron Member of the International Blockchain Real Estate Association (IBREA).

In addition to this fantastic program John Rugierri is back in the country and so will be bringing his now famous BBQ "crack" ribs. We will also be grilling burgers and hotdogs on the patio and provide a carefully curated selection of FREE beer!
