Will Facebook's Libra Change Everything???

Last week facebook announced it would be launching its own currency called the Libra, but what the heck is it? They are calling it a cryptocurrency but is that really the case? With their 1 billion plus person user base is this a complete gamechanger for the adoption of non-state digital currencies like Bitcoin and Libra? How will Libra affect Bitcoin and the larger cryptocurrency market? Will it supplant Bitcoin as the most prominent digital currency?
