This presentation should give an overview on reputation systems for blockchain based projects.

Almost every project needs them and very often the initial implementation is to simple to deal with the problems that arise over the course of running a system.

Examples can be frameworks for distributed autonomous organizations, projects that seek to enable the sharing economy, online communities, social networks or market places.

All these scenarios will have specific requirements, but still share a lot of common properties and problems.

We will define desired properties, explain trade offs that have to be made and explore how they apply to real world examples like ride sharing or scientific publications.
