What role can blockchain technologies play during the COVID-19 crisis?

Alexander Pfeiffer will give a short overview of his current research in the field of blockchain and education, and then take his lessons from the project to various current problems and difficulties from the COVID-19 crisis and discuss how blockchain technologies can be useful.

About Alexander: Alexander Pfeiffer is a PostDoc Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). At MIT, Alexander is working on the impact of Blockchain technologies on education. Most recently, together with colleagues from the University of Malta, where he is currently completing his 2nd Ph.D. at the Department of Artificial Intelligence, Alexander has adapted his findings to the field of Industry 4.0 and the authentification of autonomous digital agents.
