Lyudmyla Kozlovska is a renowned expert in the field of financial freedom and human rights. As the founder of the Open Dialog Foundation (ODF), she has been at the forefront of advocating for individual rights and freedoms in the face of increasingly stringent regulations. In 2018, Polish and Moldovan authorities declared human rights defender Lyudmyla Kozlovska a "national security threat". She faced both travel restrictions across Europe and systematic banking exclusion. Since then, other EU Members States, the US and Switzerland disregarded the entry ban as politically motivated and, following the court order, it was ultimately deleted in February 2024. Despite the transnational persecution and financial exclusion from the EU banking system, ODF sustained Ukraine support for more than 9 mln euro with use of Bitcoin, while leading efforts to prevent AML law weaponization. With her extensive experience and knowledge, Lyudmyla will provide valuable insights into the current state of financial freedom in Europe and what it means for developers, activists and ordinary citizens. 🌟

Previously, Lyudmyla initiated the reform of INTERPOL to fight its misuse as a tool of political prosecution worldwide.💡
