Presentation on the theme with contents:

1. Description of the issue

2. Is this even a relevant / real problem?

a. Future scenarios that could negate the problem

b. Future scenarios that could aggravate the problem

3. Possible solutions

a. Network Security funded through Dominant Assurance Contracts

b. Proof of Stake blockchain designs including current challenges. Alternative, as yet unimplemented, proof of stake designs.

c. Proof of burn as a future method of transitioning between blockchains while preserving the currency structure

d. 2 - way pegs between blockchains

The presentation is meant to be an introductory exposition on the theme to stimulate discussion. Effort will be made to start from basics, and not assume prior knowledge.
