Implementing an Artificial Intelligence on a Blockchain

The origin of the so called mempool flood of 2015 (a.k.a. SPAM attack or Moby Dick (https://twitter.com/laurentmt/status/885822288410677248?lang=en)) on the Bitcoin blockchain is a well preserved secret to date. Many have analyzed how these transactions were created, chained and mined. At the "Breaking Bitcoin" Conference of 2017, a talk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCE2OzKIab8&t=4329s) was even held on the topic, but few new insights were revealed. According to a 2015 paper (http://cs229.stanford.edu/proj2015/225_report.pdf), UTXO set size and structure should be unpredictable in a system like Bitcoin. Non the less, somehow a very linear structure for median lifetime of UTXOs consumed in blocks was discovered looking back to 2015.
