All members of the BAS are cordially invited as are those who want to become members.
Itinerary
• Report about the past years activities
• Examine and approve the yearly accounts
• Elect the President
• Elect the Board
• Discharge the board for previous year
• Approve the activities program suggested by the Board
• Approve the yearly budget and investments

• Additional discussion and voting on various:
• Fixed membership fees for individual members of 21 CHF
• The BAS publishes a statement concerning Bitcoin Cash. It states that the continuous effort from the Bitcoin Cash community and it's main exponents to confuse people into thinking Bitcoin Cash is Bitcoin is not in line with the mission of the BAS. Therefore the BAS will not promote or support Bitcoin Cash in the future.
• Diversification of holdings (two options):
A) The BAS constantly holds around 75% of it's assets in Bitcoin (BTC) and 25% in Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
B) The BAS only holds Bitcoin; we sell any split coins (BCH, BTG) we might receive within reasonable time.
• Meetup Group Adoption
A) All decisions on activities are at the board's discretion
B) A set of fixed rules needs to be worked out and presented at a separate assembly
