This meetup group was founded summer 2013, so this will effectively be our 5-year celebration!

BASICS:

  • Free entry, first come first serve for registration.
  • You DO NOT need to be attending CryptoFest to be able to attend this meetup.
  • YOU MUST SIGN-UP FOR THE EVENT. Please don't show up w/o registration.
  • Bitcoin-only meetup. No altcoins, ICOs or distributed ledger tech.
  • Two +/- 30 minute presentations with Q&A and networking
  • Snacks will be served, but not enough to skip dinner afterwards.

A UNIQUE EVENT

This is not the usual meetup: we will have two presentations by Bitcoin experts Saifedean Ammous and Jack Mallers, who are speakers at the CryptoFest in Montreal taking place that same day.

This meetup will also serve as an "after-party" cocktail for the CryptoFest attendees and speakers, so you can expect many more experts to be there too!
