Building a Bitcoin Mining Business {workshop}

Join us for our monthly {workshop}! They're fun, informative, and highlight interesting and relevant topics to the bitcoin and open-blockchain community.

Project: This month we will be having a look at building a Bitcoin mining business with Rob Tichenor twitter:@robtichenor (https://twitter.com/robtichenor). Rob is the CEO of Tichenor Crypto Solutions LLC, he was a supply chain manager for 14 years, and got into Bitcoin in 2014. He is from Champaign, IL, and graduated from DePauw University in 2000 with a degree in Economics & Management.

Lightning Talks: All monthly workshop events include lightning talks by community members. In 3 minutes anyone can present their idea, ask for help, recruit partners, or launch new projects. It's a perfect opportunity to find co-founders, coders, advisors, designers, and clients to help make your idea a reality. Look for the sign-up sheet at the registration table.

Who should attend? All ages and experience levels are welcome. If you’re new, you’ll find friendly faces excited and ready to show you the ropes. If you’re a Bitcoin or open-blockchain expert, you’ll find like-minded people to discuss new or existing projects.

Logistics: The workshop will be held at the usual time of 3:45. Plan to arrive between 3:30-3:50pm for networking and socializing until 4:00pm. Workshop events officially begin at 4:00pm and end between 5:00-5:30pm. After the event ends we'll be moving to a nearby bar for beer and conversation until 6:15-ish.

Free Range Office is located two blocks West of Damen Blue Line stop. Free parking is available on North Ave. west of Leavitt St. Press Buzzer to be let in, then up to the 2nd floor and through the open door on the right. Look for the "BOB" meetup signs!
