1. Raise Your Hand Before Speaking
- Indicate your wish to contribute by raising your hand to maintain an orderly discussion.

2. Do Not Talk Over Others
- Wait for others to finish speaking before you begin, fostering respectful communication.

3. Practice Steelmanning
- Represent others' arguments in their strongest form before offering your counterpoints.

4. Observe Chatham House Rules
- You are not allowed to quote or attribute statements to anyone without their explicit permission.

5. No Phones in the Main Room
- Phones are not permitted to ensure privacy and encourage open dialogue.

6. No Photos or Videos Allowed
- Recording devices are prohibited so everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts.

7. Respect Privacy
- Recognize that not everyone wishes to be a public figure; maintain confidentiality to help attendees feel relaxed.

8. Arrival Instructions
- If no one is at the door when you arrive, please proceed directly to the main room and join the discussion.
