Blockchain: A Use Case Demo & Workshop (Part 2)

We are delighted to announce that Eng. Fady Ibrahim will be joining us again for another demo and workshop. Fady is a software developer and educator for mobile, cloud, and network courses. He obtained a Master of Science in Computer Engineering, and holds the badge of IBM Blockchain Developer.

The meetup will be divided into 2 parts:

Part 1
In this part we will discuss a background about blockchain technology. Topics covered include:
Blockchain
Business Network
Smart Contracts
Hyperledger Fabric
Hyperledger Composer

Part 2
Blockchain workshop for developers. This part is targeted towards developers looking to get an introduction about blockchain technology using a live demo. Topics covered include:

Deploying Business Network
Adding Participants, Assets, and Transactions

Models :: Hyperledger Composer Modeling Language
Permissions :: Access Control List
Logic :: Java Script

NOTE: If you intend to participate in the workshop, you will need a laptop to apply the steps.
